Snow culture tours consists of husband and wife team, Rene and Naoko Kelly

Rene Kelly
New Zealand born, Rene has been traveling to Japan since 1993 and spent the majority of time since living working and playing in this fascinating country.
A formal training in languages and years of practice has turned Rene into a fluent Japanese speaker with a great understanding of Japan, its people and its idiosyncrasies. His ability to read and write the local script lets you go where others may not and means you can be reassured in any situation.
Over the last 17 years, Rene has skied and worked at a large number of ski areas throughout Japan.
Rene will lead all tours in the 2011 season.

Naoko Kelly
Naoko was born and raised in Osaka Japan. As a Japan native it is only natural she knows all the best things her country has to offer. Many years of travelling to and living overseas have lent her an even greater understanding of her homeland and what truly makes it distinctive and beautiful. This knowledge is indispensable in creating the best holiday possible for our guests.
Naoko has a knack of finding the best places to eat and can always be relied upon to suggest an onsen.
Naoko provides the support service on all tours.
