Due to the secluded nature of some and the sheer quality of others, we will eat many meals in house at our accommodations. Delicious and nutritious Japanese meals mainly in the Kaiseki style.
Dinner out for nights in Morioka city. Plenty on offer here.
BATHE
The Tohoku region is famous within Japan for its wonderful hot springs. Some of our chosen accommodations have onsen baths in house.

Day One - Meet Guide at Tokyo airport. Sightseeing , dinner and drinks in Tokyo. Stay Tokyo.
Day Two - Travel by Shinkansen to Morioka. Drive to Tazawako. Stay Tazawako
Day Three - Skiing or riding at Tazawako ski area. Stay Tazawako.
Day Four - Skiing or riding at local favourite ski area. Stay Shizukuishi Town.
Day Five - Skiing or riding at Iwate Kogen ski area. Stay Shizukuishi Town.
Day Six - Skiing or riding at Shizukuishi ski area. Stay Shizukuishi Town.
Day Seven - Skiing or riding at Appi Kogen. Stay Morioka City
Day Eight - Skiing and riding at another lesser known ski area. Stay Morioka city.
Day Nine - Skiing and riding at Geto Kogen. Stay near Geto Kogen.
Day Ten - Skiing and riding at Geto Kogen. Stay near Geto Kogen.
Day Eleven - Return by train to Tokyo airports for departure.
